In order to begin research on the Spore Sea, the Magister Gauen of the Ivory Tower is looking for a person to gather the spore... A quest for adventurers at levels 43~51. You can select rewards in either XP and SP or Adena.

Digging up the Sea of Spores!

1. Go to Ivory Tower level 3 (Elven Guild) and talk to Magister Gauen.

2. Go through his quest dialogue

3. You will need to gather 50 Herbivore and 50 Carnivore sacs from the Spore Zombies and Rotten Trees in Sea of Spores.

4. Once you have gathered all the sacs, return to Magister Gauen in Ivory Tower.

5. When you talk to Magister Gauen, you will have 2 choices that will determine which reward you get.

If you chose to remind him that he should check the bags and give you a reward, you will get 44000 Adena, but you will not get the XP/SP:

If you chose to just hand over the bags, you will get 35000 XP/2600 SP, but not Adena.
